1-General Description:
•The sheeter is designed for slitting and sheeting of a wide range of papers to produce copier paper direct from reel to sheet to save wastage.
•The machine is robustly constructed from a pair of side frames held together with heavy-duty stay bars. The machine is of modular design having separate unwind stands, cutting section, conveyor section, stackers and designed for good access to all operations thru its PLC controlled panel.
Unwind Stations (Shafted with self–loading facility )– 04 Nos: Heavy-duty unwind station equipped with mechanical brake with dancing roller mechanism for automatic tension control, pneumatic reel lift, 3 –bearing type shaft holding system, Pneumatic unwind shafts and manual reel centring mechanism.
Web Aligner: Electro Electronic edge guide system for automatic edge correction
Web Transport: The web is transported through the machine by a series of hard chrome-plated, balanced steel guide rollers.
Beater Roller: (One) Beater Roller (with wooden strips) is provided at the entry point to facilitate a double paper run.
Drawer Unit: Hard chrome plated steel draw roller (driven) and heavy-duty pneumatic actuated nip (rubber) roller situated one before slitting unit and one after i.e. before cutting unit.
Slitting Unit: Rotary Slitting system comprising of easily removable, driven bottom cutter fitted with 6 nos. of bottom cutters and spacers of various sizes to set required trim & slit size and (one) top cutter shaft with 6 nos. of top cutter holders. The top cutter can be adjusted anywhere across the width, as per the bottom knife set.
Trim Blower: A centrifugal air blower fabricated welded construction, having aluminium riveted construction impeller duly dynamically balanced, with 2 hp *2800-RPM motor and suitable VENTURY system is provided to remove the trim.
Sheeting Unit: Heavy-duty solid construction dead & fly knife for a scissor cut with squareness control. The blades can be used from all four sides.
Conveyor Unit: Conveyor Unit comprising of one fast & one slow conveyor for pull & conveying of sheets up to the stacker table at a manageable speed and overlapping mode. The sheets (A -4 size) are delivered on an automatic censored conveyor from where the stacked sheets are then taken to the packing machine servo motorized conveyor.
Controls: The machine system, including all of the operational parameters, is controlled by PLC in order to provide high reliability and ease of use. The principal controls are mounted
on the operational desk. The control panel is fitted with a screen display soft-touch panel (HMI – Human Machine Interface). The operator sets the running parameters at the HMI.
HMI functions include: Preset Number of Sheets -Slow Down setting-Machine Speed - Conveyor running time, Machine stop time -Machine acceleration and deceleration times - Speed meter & batch counter
DC Motors& Other Controls: (One) 10 HP DC motor for main drive and (one) 2 hp Dc motor for conveyor/3 HP AC motors for Collection Conveyor.
Machine Finish: The Machine is finished in industrial Steel Grey shade paint and all covers & guards are PU painted in off white colour. Parts that are handled frequently by the operators will be nickel-plated or manufactured from other non-corrosive materials. Utilities: The machine requires the following utilities to be arranged by the customer: •Three phases electrical supply: 380-415 V, 3phase, 50 HZ
•Compressed Air: 6 bar, 0.5 cubic meters/minute

For eye mark detection German make (Wrangler) sensor is used.
